Informal Valuation Complaint Portal
Schedule an appointment to review your individual property value(s) if you have questions or concerns about a specific property. An appraiser will call you at the phone number and time you designate.
Purpose:

Under Ohio Law, real property is reappraised every three years by state certified appraisers. Property TAXES do not increase at the same rate as property VALUES.

Appraisal Process:

An appraisal is a professional opinion/estimate of value.

Property values are updated based on:

  • Market estimate
  • Neighborhood sales and new construction
  • Proposed values per square foot
